There were already existing Filipino Zend Certified Engineers as I asked in PHPUG-PH. Here’s the list from Zend Website. I knew Filipinos were great coders. Thanks to the people of PHPUG-PH. Anyway PHPUG-PH is the “OFFICIAL HOME OF THE PHILIPPINE PHP USER GROUP”. So if you are a Filipino and interested in learning PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), you are welcome to join the group.
I also dream of becoming one of them. Hopefully in future I could take the Zend PHP Certification Exam and pass it.
